I have not found a death in England for Caroline, the matriarch of this family either. She was born around 1785 and widowed in 1852. If anyone has any information on this family or their descendants I would be delighted to hear from you. Lorraine Wuth Always searching for my Barnett relatives Holder of much data pertaining to Barnetts who wandered through Victoria, Australia.
Lorraine: If you have any living males in your family currently named Barnett that you are related to or know any, let them know we have the Barnett DNA study going. Right now most of us involved in the testing are Americans. We would welcome cousins with proven ancestry in Austrailia or on the British Isles side of the Ocean to be in the test group to see if and who we might be related to and where. Two test kits have been returned in the past few days and a couple more will be in in a couple weeks. I need to go into the website and update it to reflect what is being found out to date. Anyone interested can go to our website at http://micbarnette.bravepages.com or to the Family Tree DNA website at http://www.familiytreedna.com MIC
