OK Folks, Enough about the Census forms. The only purpose for which the Census is required by the Constitution is to apportion the House of Representatives. That's the only purpose our Founding Fathers had in establishing it. Remember the original forms asked only for the name of the head of household, and how many people lived in the household in age groups. The govt is not in the business of helping genealogists do their research, so let's move on. With all the records kept of everything nowdays, future genealogists should have no trouble finding us without the census. ;-) Janelle
