Anything other than Barnett surname-related posts is strictly off-topic and subscribers should refrain from posting off-topic messages. Those who consistantly abuse this request can expect to be unsubscribed. Sorry to have to resort to scolding but there seems to have been a rash of off-topic posts lately and may stem from the fact that subscribers are unaware that off-topic posts are inappropriate. We are fortunate in that RootsWeb has a spam interception utility that intercepts spam messages before they get to the list.
