The short form just ask name, age on April 1, birthday, relationship to person filling out form and race. The long form is 50 questions and is supposed to be more detailed. I have not seen the long form yet but the short is nothing and will be very little help in the future for research. My Aunt works for the census and she said only one in ten families will receive the long form. So for all of us that use the census to find our families, I hope it is better by the 2010 census. Anita
