I am trying this again. I just received information that in 1908 Viola Barnett Hower and her husband, Alva Curtis Hower, were living near Decatur, Indiana in the county of Adams. Viola Barnett was born on March 8, 1872. If there is anyone else out there with Barnett relatives living in the Decatur area around that same time, I'd be happy to compare notes.
