Hi Listers, Anyone out there have a Susanne BARNETT b. abt 1776 d. after 1850 and m. John Conrad Hess. This is the only info I have on her. Tina
Persi or Periodical Source Index is done at the Allen County Library in Ft. Wayne, IN. They have indexed periodicals. I won't list the periodicals just the Vol, Number and date. They have a coding system for the periodical and you can give them the four digit letters. You can write the library and they will copy the article for you at a very good price. Most major genealogical libraries will have Persi. Persi saves you looking through the periodicals. Hope this helps someone. Hi list, Can anybody steer me in (hopefully) generating a PAF4 Family Tree WEB page to show BOTH main family trees? That is, I want ALL families' names included. The only solution that I have come to so far is to edit the Home Page to give the choice of either family, which would probably work, but make tracing through the tree more difficult. TIA, Alan Greaves St. Clair Australia Researching BARNETT, FISHER, GREAVES, HALE, LEVANDER & PEEK [email protected]
Sorry folk. I had to take down my WEB site for BARNETT - GREAVES for a few technical reasons. Alan Greaves

Hi List, I have finally thrown together a PAF4 (version 4.0.4.16) Family Tree. It is not very elegant, however serves the purpose. The original was run through an HTML editor to change/enhance it. Much remains to be added and corrected, but I thought it better to get it up and running as early as possible so that others can view it for possible links. Constructive criticisms are most welcome. Hello, I have been searching for Joseph Young Barnett for a while now with no luck. The only information I have is that he was born in 1844 in Putnam County Georgia. He was my ggrandfather who came to Memphis sometime during the Civil War. He married my ggrandmother Olivia Louisa Griffin in November of 1864 in Memphis TN. He never spoke of his family nor where he was from. He listed Putnam County as his place of birth on their marriage license, and state of birth as Georgia on the 1880 census. Also, on the 1880 census his date of birth was listed as 1835. We believe 1844 to be correct, however. If anyone has any connection I would appreciate your help. Thank you! Jane Barnett Gardner
Hi; I would like to thank all of you that have sent e-mail's to help me, this is real team work. What I am looking for is; Mary Ellen Barnett who married Francis Marion Sutton, year of marriage unknown. They lived in Doniphan Mo. County of Ripley at the time of the 1900 census. They had several children (13) of which only (3) servived to adulthood. Mary Ellen Barnett and her daughter Pearl moved to Poplar Bluff, Missouri and was living there at the 1920 census. Mary Ellen was born in 1861? and died in 1935 in Poplar Bluff, MO. Pearl married Wilson E. Prickett in about 1920, she would have been 18 at that time. Any help you can give me will be greatly apperciated. Best Regards; [email protected]
How do I post a message, please help me. Thanks
Maxine - You have to be one in a million. The ones that worry about a date not being correct are the ones with the problem. I hope to be in your shoes some day and still have the energy to do genealogy research. Keep on trucking..
