Is anyone researching Henry Barnes of Vermont? Local information says he had a son Benjamin and both were probably in Vermont prior to 1720, York, Maine 1720 to 1726 and Merriconeag (now Harpswell, Maine) in 1735. Apparently one of them married Francis Carmen a widow. Henry may possibly have had a second son Nathaniel. Nathaniel my G G G G Grandfather and a "brick wall" in our family research.
