Kathy~ Where are your William C & Margaret (?) Barlow, parents of Elvia Cora, from? Do you know what the "C" in William's middle name represents? My grandfather's name was Clyde Barlow. His son was William and daughter's name was Margaret. May be coincidence; may be significant! I have them from PA and NY. Any bells?
