Hello all: I found Thomas W. Barlow married to Margrete Lee Josey 09-04-45 in Caddo Parish, Shreveport, LA. Since I have a Lucy Carter Josey Barlow (Lucy was married to Richard Wood (Dick) Barlow in Caddo Parrish in 1888, I am just wondering if anyone knows who this couple may be, since I do not have them in my Family Tree Maker.
