I am trying to locate the descendents of Joel Barlow of Gulfstream Florida who is a distant relative of mine. My father had contact with him over 20 years ago and I am trying to get in touch with his relatives/descendents. I own the original lieutenant's commission from Jonathan Trumbull, Govenor of CT. during the war. Trumbull was a friend of the first Joel Barlow. Thank you for any help.
