Hi, I'm wondering if anyone is researching "my" Barlows. My direct ancestor is Mary Ann Barlow b. ca 1835 in NC, m. Mar 14, 1859 in New Hanover Co., NC Samuel William Holden. She died Aug 22, 1898 in New Hanover Co. I've learned she had a brother, John B. Barlow (1822-1893) who was married to Jane Gornto. Apparently John was a well known baptist minister in the SE part of NC and even had a church named for him. Mary Ann and John had another sister I'm aware of......Zillah C. Barlow who married William Kinyon. They were living in Atlanta in the 1880 Census and I believe she died before 1900. Anyone have any clues as to their heritage? Nicole in NC
