    3. As long as you don't try to open those attachments, you shouldn't get infected. If you have opened them, you should get your system scanned for that virus (it's brand new so you need to update your virus pattern file). If you don't have a current virus checker, you can go to http://housecall.trendmicro.com/ to get a free checkup. When these things started coming in I started getting worried so I spent half the day just updating all my internet security systems. They are reporting that 1 out of every 12 emails in cyberspace today was a novarg virus or one of its variants. The problem is that you can't tell where the email is sent from as it spoofs the senders address. It also spoofs the addresses putting common names in front of every domain name. Since I get all the misaddressed mail for my domain names, I can see that it is just sending to random addresses that wouldn't be in anyone's address book. I just hope they catch the author of this virus. Yours, Patricia

    3. Hi Imo.......... I don't have any of those addresses on my list, but for the past 2 days, I too have been getting 'failure notices' for emails I never sent to people I never heard of. I have McAfee running all the time too......I don't understand it. But yes, SURE DOES sound like that virus!!! 3. Hello everyone. I've received delivery notices that some emails could not be delivered, it had the W32.Novarg virus , I did not send these emails to these people, I do not have them in my address book, I do not know who they are. I have Norton Anti-Virus running all the time. This virus as all viruses, infects a computer and sends the virus to all addresses and uses one of their email address as the sender. If you have these people in your address book, you may have this virus, so check and see: fred@rcn.com michael1@global-trade-marketing.com jerry@prodigy.net dave@juno.net george@medicaid.state.ms.us dano21@nctc.com ewesch@marinesource.com matt@disneytvhits.com If you have even one of these addresses, you may have the virus, go to http://symantec.com (Norton anti-virus) and get the tool to clean your computer. Always, Imo

    3. Dear Gayle, We know that our Richard Barlow was here in 1777 because that is when he joined Gen. Washington's army. He was a private in the Continental Line which was not quite like being a member of the militia. We have his service records from the Army and also a record of his marriage to a woman named Barbara Harvey. We have no dob or dod. But the fact that the only child of the marriage was named John suggests to me that Richard's father's name was John. There is a Richard Barlow who came here in 1771 as an indentured servant which of course could have been our Richard. Sincerely nancy

    3. Nancy, we live in King George. My Gram was a Barlow and I am having no luck finding her line, none. She was born in Burt, Michigan at the Hotel Burt in the same room her father was born in. He was Lyman William Barlow b-May 15, 1893. His father was George A. Barlow. I have nothing on him except when he died and where he is buried. The census has his son listing him as born in Canada, his wife and children are in the censuses but he isn't. There is nothing on the burial card and no one seems to know where he died. My Gram said he died at the hospital in Flint, Michigan, but Genessee County has no record of his death. He died April 15, 1927 and is buried in Mt. Morris Cemetery in Mt. Morris, MI. Any where in your files do you show a George or where he may actually be from. The census that listed him born in Canada said his native language is scotch. William Barlow was supposed to be born 25 Oct 1780 in Leicester, and William's father was John Barlow born ca 1750 in Leicester, but I haven't been able to document any of this.
