Hi Coral, I forgot to respond to you when the both of us where looking for our James Barker and you thought yours might be in jail. Well while I was looking for my James Barker I was also looking for his son Alva R.. Barker. When I looked in the Colorado State Penal system. I got a hit on Alva R. Barker ( My Father) I thought Oh it couldn't be. He moved to So. Calif. in 1913 at the age of 5. and it is now 1925, But I sent away for his records and low and behold when his records, pictures ( front & side view with numbers hanging around his neck) and report cards. believe me I was shocked.
