Martha, It was good to hear back so soon. Yes, I would like to receive copies of anything that would be helpful to me. I don't have much information on Sarah Barker Webb and Louisa Barker Nettles. There is a note beside Sarah's name that says "moved to Texas." I am a retired teacher so I understand about Sunday afternoons being spent working on lesson plans and all of those other things that go with it. I will send my email address so that you can contact me directly. Then I will send my address. Lynda Moore lmoore@yucca.net --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. Hi Lynda I already have your email from when we first talked a few months ago. Just send me your snail mail when you get a chance. I also emailed Pat Sommerfield but have heard nothing back from hear yet. I am glad you had some information on William Roddy for her. Knowing how many people we come in contact with in our research let me remind you of my connection. My GGGrandfather is James Barker, William Nicholas Barker's brother. Did I ever give you an outline or send you a GedCom of my branch? I'll include an update with the census records I send you. Right now I am focusing on finding James Barker in 1850. I think he had moved to Texas, then moved back to Louisiana. A daughter from his first marriage states she was born in Texas. It doesn't seem like he stayed for very long though. Still trying to find out who his first wife was as well. Will probably only find out by taking a trip to Louisiana!! Bye for now Martha Austin Texas
