    3. Hi, According to the 1870 & 1880 Eaton Co. Michigan census William Barker was born in England about 1814, his parents were foreign, his wife Elizabeth was born in New York. They had two sons John who married Asrilla, & Nathaniel (my ggr father) who married Caroline Mae Holmes. Nathaniel & Caroline are buried in Forest Hills Cemetery, Evart, Michigan Mecosta Co. Both John b. app 1845 & Nathaniel b. 1851 were born in New York, then moved to Michigan. Where in N.Y. I do not know. Add my William to the long list of William Barkers. Any relatives out there? Wanda from Dearborn

    3. Hi Wanda, Don't know if this is important, but there is an E.A. Barker listed in the 1860 Jasper County, TX census He was 27 years old, a farmer from Michigan. He lived in the house of Solomon Wishard 36 farmer from Minnesota. I found this while looking for my Barker relatives. My Barkers, from GA and Alabama, settled in San Augustine, TX, a neighboring county. Bessie --- Wanda Hinojosa <wandah@comcast.net> wrote: > Hi, According to the 1870 & 1880 Eaton Co.
