    3. Well , this is Jeannie in gloomy , rainy Middle TN...up near the KY border near Fort Campbell, KY ! It rained SO hard last night, but only measured about 2 inches...All the greenery is looking like jungle...Iris are blooming now...the big beautiful bearded ones... All I have been able to find out about my Barker kin is from when they were in Decatur County Tenn..then moved over to Weakley, where i grew up...I know there are a lot of Barkers here...some are black...Used to be a big Plantation near here...owned by Barkers.....There are SO many William Barkers it makes it hard to do anything...One wonders if they are named in honor of William the Conqueror ? I see all the letters re Barker kin coming from certain places in England and drool, but don't think I will ever get it traced that far. I don't know any other place to look on here.....Jeannie T >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> On Wed, 1 May 2002 09:47:23 EDT CORALAA@aol.com writes: > Do you have any idea where they came from?
