Please let me know if you find out anything on your James Barkers. I too am looking for my gfather and ggfather both named James W. Barker. All I have been to confirm is my gfather married my gmother in CO. in 1894. The 1900 census says his parents were from NY and Eng. Mothers name was unknown, and his birth date was 3-27- 1867.
