I have Elias Barker who married his first cousin Rachel Barker July 15, 1816 in Estell County, Kentucky. Elias was son of Elias Sr. who was married to Mary Fitzgerald in Madison County, Kentucky. Rachel was daughter of James Barker and Margaret Noland. Elias and Rachel migrated to Lafayette County, Missouri with Rachel's parents. Elias and Rachel's children were John and Henry Barker. Elias and Rachel separated some time after 1850 and Rachel moved to California, without Elias in 1852. I believe that Elias remarried and left Missouri about the same time. Is it possable your Elias is the same Elias as mine and America is his second wife?
