He married Barcena Winters and had a daughter then they moved to Titus TX., where they show up in census records in Tx from that point on. If you do a search for him on Ancestry you will find his line is well documented. He was the son of John born in 1869, who was the son of Jeptha Sr. of Edgecomb Co., NC.
