    3. The James Barbour that is listed as the son of James Barbour III & Frances Throckmorton could be my James Barbour/Barber, assuming that their son James did not die young. If they married 1762/1763, my James could fit. James Barber/Barbour, born ca. 1765 in Virginia, died 1847, Clarke Co. GA, was in Clarke Co at least by 1803, when he was shown as a member of the Mars Hill Baptist Church in Watkinsville. He was married to Penelope, don't know her last name.
