    3. I have an Isaac Barber born in 1795 in Philadelphia, PA, married a Lucy. He had nine kids. One of them the name is unknown. Ring any bells? 3. I wish I could say yes. I have an Isaac Jones Barber b 1830, but he was b in Franklin Co, VA. His father was Joseph Barber b 1803, and I can't find parents for Joseph. It the places matched, I could easily believe that my Joseph was a younger bro of the Isaac you mention, and that if we found a parent, we would both be happy. Who are the children of Isaac b 1795?
