Hi, My gggrandfather was born1803 in VA, place unknown. He married Celia Jones in Franklin Co. I have tried to tie him into Pitts. Co Barbers but without success. His name Joseph A or U or W Barber. The wedding papers I have lists him as Joseph Barbour but he signed Joel Barber. One child was born in VA County unknown, Isaac Jones Barber. The family was in MO. prior to 1850 with a stop in TN. Joseph, and Joel are both names in later generations. Joseph Grimes
