BARBER of Bainbridge, NY. He was married to Lois WARNER? They had 2 sons that I know of maybe there was more siblings: George L. BARBER b. abt. 1872 in Bainbridge, NY. Edward BARBER b. abt. 1880 Bainbridge? George L. BARBER was married to ? possibly had children. Edward BARBER (my gr.grandfather?) married Alice KNAPP (my gr.grandmother) b. abt. 1882 in Watertown, NY. ****SCANDAL**** Edward and Alice's marriage fell apart or else Alice chose to just leave with Edward's brother George along with her child, Lois Della BARBER b. 1906 Bainbridge, NY., which belonged to her 1st husband Edward. Alice and George and baby Lois headed for TX., where my grandfather Jack G. BARBER b. 1909 was born. So either Alice was pregnant with her 1st husband's child when she left with the brother George or it just may be that the Uncle to my grandfather was actually his real father. If anyone has any suggestions or tidbits, I would be thrilled to hear from you. P.S. George L. BARBER left behind a wife and possibly children when he left with his sister-in-law.
