    3. David, Although your James and Penelope Barber were members of Mars Hill Baptist Church, Oconee Co. (then Clarke Co.), GA where Rachel Daniell's family were members, I've seen no mention of Rachel's husband (m. 1810 Clarke Co.) William Barber (1789-1876) in that church's records. Looking over the family of James and Penelope on your website I don't see any familiar names. At this point I don't really see a connection between my William Barber and your James Barber or Capt.
