He shares a unique mutation with my brother (22713) and cousin (30032) so I think he must be closely related. Kit 421208 - I do not have this person's ancestry yet. He has 3 unique mutations that we have not seen before. I'm wondering if his connection might be further back that William Barbee. 3. I can trace with DNA to Andrew's line of the 2 Barbees--(Andrew and William from 1600) More recent.....I can document to Elija Barbee, Coahoma Co., Miss bn.1801 possibly in Ga. or a Carolina. Big Barbee Cemetery in Lula, Miss.......near Tunica, Miss where the gambling boats are. The early Barbees in America were all located in Va. and migrated South and West from there. Recommend Paul Ridenhour's web site...www.*paulridenour*.com he is desc from one of the Barbee girls......last name Joines. With the release of the 1940s census, I have determined that I'm related to Benjamin Barbee through James Richard Barbee. I was hoping to get some more information.

    1. [BARBEE-DNA] DNA Sale
    2. FTDNA is having a great 2-day sale for most tests. The sale ends ends 11:59PM on Saturday April 21st. Current members of the Barbee DNA project simply need to log-in to get the sale prices. For new members use this link to join the Barbee DNA Project and get the sale prices. I recommend the Y-DNA 67. Y-DNA 37 is my second choice. _http://www.familytreedna.com/group-join.aspx?code=X44875&Group=Barbee_ (http://www.familytreedna.com/group-join.aspx?code=X44875&Group=Barbee) We have several new members.
