Hi Bob,If you go to this page on Family Search and scroll down, youwill see the microfilm numbers for the Vienna Registration records (BanaterAkten) that can be ordered from the LDS. Be sure to order the correct year. https://familysearch.org/search/catalog/173251?availability=Family%20History%20Library If you do not have a Family History Center in your area, youcan e-mail Family Search and ask what other places are able to order microfilm fromthe LDS.  When the LDS Family HistoryCenter in Manhattan closed, for example, I was able to order the film from theNY Genealogical Society without becoming a member.  When that closed, Family Search reps told methat I could order the film at the Jewish Genealogical Society.  I do not know if this policy has changed, butthere is no harm in asking.
