Diane, I can send you pages from the Hatzfeld Familienbuch on Serwo. My cousin in Chicago has a g grandmother named Eva Servo, But she was married to a Tabar and someone else. I don't think we are talking about the same Eva, but I can check for you Regards, Roy Shiflet (you can contact me directly at rwayne724@verizon.net) Today's Topics: 1. Re: Search for Eva Servo in Hatzfeld (Daniel HILAIRE) 2. Re: Information on Altmayer (Karen Dalton Preston) ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Objet : [BANAT-L] Search for Eva Servo in Hatzfeld Good afternoon, I am looking for ancestry information from Hatzfeld. My great grandfather's mother is Eva Servo born 1836. She married Mathius Putz 1830-1860. His family was from Hatzfeld. After Mathius died, Eva's son Nikolaus Servo was born (in 1861). He and his second wife Barbara Becker are my great grandparents. There is mention of them and their children in the Tschesterleg book, but I can find no history on Eva Servo. I was hoping there might be something in the Hatzfeld books. Apparently the SERVO surname also appears in St. Hubert, Molidorf, & Deutsch-Zerne. I hoping that you can find something. Can you provide any assistance? The info is not indexed, but you will see images of the actual Church book pages.
