Happy Birthday 89th Bob!! Bob founded the Banat mailing list on January 19, 1995. For the first couple of years of operation the list was hosted by a local ISP and Bob funded the operation. The list quickly became quite popular and looking back at some of the early messages it is amazing how much we have learned about the Banat since 1995. Thank you Bob! I found Bob on the internet just before he started the list and learned that Bob's mother was my mother's favorite aunt. I'm curious how many on the list now have been subscribers since before 2000? Dave Dryer, I suspect you were on the list before 2000. Steve Herold
Happy Birthday Bob! Hope you are well. I joined the list in those early days, although I could not put a year on it - maybe 1997?
