I can definitely recommend Stasa as a researcher. If you find that the freely-available records on FamilySearch.org <http://familysearch.org/> stop just short of the time frame you need, Stasa may be able to help. He is a careful researcher, and is located in Novi Sad, Serbia, where the Serbian National Archives are located. He also has great connections in Romania to research the Romania Banat.
