Dave Dreyer and I are happy to have completed the work. At this time, we do not have a date for the availability of the book, or a price. I can tell you that the work is over 1,600 pages and includes over 6,300 families. We anticipate that it will be published as a 2-volume set. I will post info on price and availability as soon as I have that info. We are trying to estimate the number of copies for the printer.
