Hi, My husband and I visited Timisoara and several of my ancestral villages 10 years ago.  We found Timisoara to be a delightful place.  Because there are several universities there, you will find many young people who speak English.    Sharon, I have three Darowa books, since Darowa was the village where my grandmother was born.  One of the books is by Peter Berwanger, the former mayor.  It has a layout of the cemetery, and photos of many of the headstones.  There are even a few photos of tombstones from Lugoj.   If you tell me the surname you seek, I can do a look-up for you.  Sincerely, Cathy Teufel O'Neill
