In case anyone was interested, I was interested in the daughter Sybilla, who was mentioned in the Familienbuch Johannisfeld. Fortunately for me, the Fam'buch Joh' listed the godparents for Sibylla's first five children. Among them were Franz Weinhard (godparent for children 1, 2, and 5), Eva Martin Gill (for children 1 and 4), and Elisabeth Martin Weinhard (for children 2 and 3). According to Fam'buch Joh', Eva Martin was born in Hatzfeld circa 1810, and married Jakob Giel in 1830. Elisabeth Martin was born circa 1810, place unknown, and married Franz Weinhard, also in 1830. Sybilla Martin was born in Hatzfeld in 1810 and married Johann Mollink in 1832. No source lists the three women as sisters, but I figured it was a good guess. Eva Martin Giel was my third-great-grandmother. ------------------------------- To unsubscribe from the list, please send an email to [email protected] with the word 'unsubscribe' without the quotes in the subject and the body of the message
