Hi All, Martin Mahalek has just informed me that the Darowa book is ready to be sent out.  It costs $110, including postage.  The first edition of the book was over 1048 pages and an excellent resource.  This second edition contains additions and corrections to the first edition, and should be a treasure for Darowa researchers.
