Hello, I am trying to research my ggrandmother, Rosa Jung. b: 12 Mar1869 in Gertianosch/Cãrpinis/Gyertyámos/Gertjanosch. d: 10 Aug 1948 Chicago, IL She was married to Anton Schirmang b:1870 Sarafol/Saravale/Sárafalva. She had a brother named Joseph Jung b: 25 Jan 1867 also from Gyertyamos d: 09 Mar 1945 Covington, KY And also a brother named Wilfur. Her and her husband moved to St. Hubert and I believe that I have the information that can be obtained from there. Her husband died around 1903, and she came to the states (Chicago) and brought her children 1910-1911. I'm hoping that someone has information that can point me in the right direction. Are there family books for Gyertyamos? Does anybody have information on my family that they are willing to share with me? Thanks! Peggy
