Harold; You can add Ostern, Kl Betschkerek and Hodon/Baratzhausen to the places containing Kotzians according to their family books, all without a Valentin . The Kotzians in these places all appear to come from Bogarosch. In the Grabatz family book is a series of families with the name Kotsisan(initial place of origin not given). Among these is a Valentin Kotsisan *21 Nov 1829 Grabatz, +ca 1853 Ostern, son of Josef Kotsisan and Klara Mess, oo Elisabeth Karolini. It you can stretch the birth date this appears to be the guy.
