My suggestion is as follows. Peter Schmidt, if I have it right, has set it up so you can transfer all the files in the military folder in one opperation to a CD. My suggestion is to take the CD to your local copy shop and have them print it out as a book which will work out to be 459 pages. Have them put it in a spiral binding. I find this much better than a bound book. The pages lay flat when it is opened. The local copy shop which I deal with allows me to email them a file, they will print it up and I then only have to make a single trip to pick up and pay for the product. A poor mans "print on demand" operation.
