Hello to everyone, The first memorial to the Danube Swabians of Croatia will be formally opened this Saturday, May 15th 2010 in the chapel of St. Rochus in Valpovo. At one time Valpovo was also one of the bigger Tito's starvation camps for the Donauschwaben where untold of our people perished. It is good to see the new winds of change! Rosina www.hrastovac.net
