They were living in Gary, Lake, Indiana. I found Elisabetha Ott arriving in America on 25 Sept 1905 on the boat Hamburg. I haven't been able to find John Leks arriving, although the 1920 census shows him arriving in 1903. I found the name Lech in Großjetscha, but I can't find Johann born 5 Jan 1886. Another interesting fact is Elisabetha is visiting her brother Friedrich Ott in St. Louis. According to the Ortssippenbuch Großjetcha she doesn't have a brother Friedrich. However, there are two major gaps in years, so perhaps another brother was born that is not listed. Two other brothers emigrate to St. Louis and Chicago.
