There are a few couples in the Gross Gaj records that are listed as originating from the village of Ujvar: 1. *Paul Urban (b. abt 1816) and Rosalia Szemer*. They had at least two sons: Nikolaus (b. abt 1846) and Paul (b. abt 1844) that should up in the Gross Gaj records. FAMILY #1317 2. *Wendel Heinrich and Katharna Grossman*. They had the following children that show up in GG records: Peter (*22 NOV 1830), Elisabeth (NO ELISABETH), Stefan (*6 OCT 1838), and, I think, Nikolaus (NO NIKOLAUS). THIS FAMILY IS IN THE BOOK UNDER WENDEL HEINRICH AND KATHARINA GROSS WITH TWELVE KIDS AND A SECOND MARRIAGE OF THE WIDOW TO JOSEF WIESINGER THERE IS A SEPARATE FAMILY HEINRICH NIKOLAUS *1827 oo SZEMER MARGRAET, DAU OF JOHANN SCHEMER AND BARBARA BAMBALICH *28 JAN 1827 ELISABETH *10 OCT 1848 *Johann Klemens (b. abt 1821) and Clara Semer* NO IN THE BOOK 3. *Horvaths* – The families above were somehow connected with the Horvaths that lived in KrivaBara (Ujfalu) and I am hoping that the connection may have begun in Ujvar. If there is any records of any Horvaths in the book, I would very much appreciate it. Specifically I would be looking for the family of Josef Horvath (b, abt 1817) and Elisabeth Heck or Jakob Horvath (b. 1812 in Grabatz) and Elisabeth Tanbrier (Tanguay).
