With a little work you can probably find Manfried Bruckner's address and order it directly from him.  On the other hand, if you go to; http://www.nauy.de/HOG-Vorsitzende.htm a list of HOG chairmen with addresses.  I suggest writing to the Wiesenhaid chairman and tell him you would like to order a copy of the book. Or go to the Wiesenhaid home page(use Google) where you can contact the HOG by email.
