    3. Hilde; There are no end of lists of Banat family books on the internet. A large proporation of these are out of date because the creaters do not keep them up. It requires constant attention to keep them current. Fifteen years ago it didn't matter so much because new literature was so slow in appearing. But there are now an increasing number of new family books published yearly so that list quickly become dated. Moreover, they go out of print at various rates so this adds an additional complexity in keeping lists current. So while it is annoying that lists quickly become dated it is a sign of good health of the field because so much new material is becoming available. However, one list said there was no family book for Kleinbetschkerek and I know there's at least one, because I've got it. That said, I wondered how current these lists are and thus I asked. Thank you for your information; I'll add it to the rest, and hope the family book for Grossbetschkerek is published soon. If I've got the correct Peter Kramer, we'll have info on my husband's grandfather which will add considerably to our family histories. Hilde Horvath In a message dated 9/6/2010 12:57:40 P.M. 3. Hi Hilde, You might also refer to the list on the BanatBooks site at www.bantbooks.com. The site was originally set up to help with ordering the new book for Heufeld-Massdorf, but there is also a list of other titles available. The titles from the AVBF can be ordered through Dave Dreyer or myself. I made an effort to contact the book authors to get current info on which books are still available, and whom to contact for ordering, and in some cases, there is info on how many copies are in stock. If you, or other List members, find that any info needs updating, please let me know at karen@golden-hills.com, and we'll get it corrected.
