Angel Travelers, The book “Sheltered in the Shadow of Your Wings” written by the author MAGDALENA GAERTNER, nee Martin, who was born in SETCHENFELD describes the author’s experiences of her peaceful life in the Banat, that changed overnight as first the Red Army marched through the village, than the Partisans turned the town into a concentration camp and finally abut the daring escape via Romania, Hungary and Austria to Germany, eventually to establish a new home in Ontario, Canada.
