I would be most grateful for any additional information on my family - Klasskin (or it's variations) [i.e. Klaski/ Klaszky/Klaszkin/ Klasskend/ Klasquend/ Klaskan/ etc. originally Glasquin/ Clasquen/ Clasquin]. I believe my grandfather (Anton Klaszkin) was born in Triebswetter in 1886 He emigrated to St. Louis, MO in 1906 at age 19 - parents and 4 sisters came later (Passport says he left from Sarafalva) Father Michael Klaszkin (1855-1927) married Anna Potyen (1856-1943) Both Anton & Michael had work permits as barbers. There are other Klaszkins in the Triebswetter cemetery, but I have never been able to determine any relationships (eg. siblings or parents for Michael, etc) Any information will be much appreciated. I am researching NEUMÜLLER that were possibly from Crvenka in about 1875. I found an FHL File from Sidski Banovci that lists my Great-Grandfather (Konrad Neumüller) being born in Crvenka and was married to ELISABETHA NOLL (See below) in 1903 in Vrpolje and then lived in Jankovci. There are no known records of Neumüller's in Crvenka at any time. I've looked at neighbouring villages and nothing is coming up either. There are a number that were in Vrpolje/Jankovci in the late 1800's that are showing in the Banovci record that also show Crvenka as a birthplace. These are names we've never heard of, so we don't know if they are directly related or distant. I am also looking for NOLL's from Crvenka that moved on to Syrmia - Vrpolje/Jankovci after about 1880. My Great-Grandmother Elisabetha Noll was born 1879-Dec-28 in Crvenka. She had one sister at least, whose name was Margaretha Noll. She may have had another sister Philippina but I cannot confirm this. She may have had a father/brother/uncle named Heinrich Noll, but this cannot be confirmed either. In the known books of Crvenka records, there is no mention of an Elisabetha or Margaretha to the Nolls for that time period. Thanks in advance for any information. Kurialist was a somewhat privileged serf living on a noble man's land and paying only a fixed amount of tax each year to the landlord, and not paying tax to the king. If someone has the Heimatbuch Ernsthausen, the one with the foldouts, I wonder if you could help me figure out the list of October 30, 1860, which appears to be an assessment? I have been assuming for a while, that the far left column/s would be house numbers, because that's the way a lot of the other lists are organized, but I didn't want to take that for granted. The column heading is really hard to make out and looks like Czanba Nrs, but I can't figure out how that could be right. The reason I am so interested is that one of the House numbers in the 1881-94 church records tells where my great grandmother KUNGEL lived when she gave birth to her first child just before marrying, and there is someone of the same last name in the 1860 list at that number, and who also has the same first name of her father that she told our family. BUT, if it's not a house number it might not be a correct connection, and I know there are a lot of Kungels out there. All help welcome, and many thanks in advance, Marilyn

I have been trying to locate information on Peter Noll and wife Suz(s)anna. I cannot find then on any ships list or immigation to Canada from the USA. They came to Canada 1902. I have them on the 1906 census in Regina with their 4 children. He applied for and received a homestead near Hart, SK. One document from U of S indicates they came from TEMES, on another Austria.
