My g-grandfather, William Anderson, was b. Baltimore MD 1853, married 1888 and moved his family to NYC about 1905. He d. about 1951 in NYC. He was receiving a pension from the Int'l Typographers Union, for whom he had worked for years. I believe he commuted from Baltimore to Washington DC early on; don't know how that worked once he lived in NYC. Does anyone have any advice on how and where to obtain his pension record?
