is there a website that can be searched for the Enoch Pratt? I am in Utah and would love to be able to search some of these records, thanks -----Original Message----- From: Captain Mark Rooney, Maria Rooney [mailto:mmrooney@erols.com] Sent: Monday, October 07, 2002 7:31 AM To: BALTGEN-L@rootsweb.com Subject: [BALTGEN-L] stansbury research You can try the Enoch Pratt Free Library's Main branch on Cathedral St. in downtown Baltimore. It has varies times to include Saturdays, Sundays and evenings. I have found much information that includes: all baltimore city directories, ships passenger lists, grave yard burial lists, all the federal census's, church records and all the newspapers that had been in Baltimore ( The Sun, News American...). Parking is tight so take change for meters or pay for parking in the parking gargage near by. Good Luck. Yes, there is a web site for Enoch Pratt. Ask Google to give you the URL. You can also have Microsoft search for a web site in the find on the Internet section. Just ask for Enoch Pratt Baltimore. Go the section that says, "Ask the librarian". Pratt will give you obituaries out of local papers if you have the date of death. You don't have to be exact but it helps. -----Original Message----- From: Lyneve Cox [mailto:Lyneve.Cox@us.usana.com] Sent: Monday, October 07, 2002 9:59 AM To: BALTGEN-L@rootsweb.com Subject: RE: [BALTGEN-L] stansbury research is there a website that can be searched for the Enoch Pratt?
