Hi, Sorry, maybe this is better. Below, suggested by another family member. I think we would be interested in a Joseph Arthur, born in Maryland in Nov. 1843 (age 37 in 1880). We don't know his wife or children, but he might have some siblings living with him, specifically siblings named Edward Arthur (age 23), Martin Arthur (age 16), and Lucretia Arthur (age 28). Joseph had a sister named Eliza (Arthur) Pennington (age 34 in 1880), who was married to Franklin Pennington. It is conceivable that Joseph and/or some of the siblings mentioned above might have been living with Eliza in 1880. Chances are that all these people are in Harford County or Baltimore. So, Joseph Arthur or Eliza wife of Franklin Pennington, are the primary persons we are interested in at this point. Arlene of PA
