Looking over the ED descriptions, it looks like ED 410 has the other side of the 900 block of Highland Street. Starting at the intersection of Fait and Highland, go east to Conkling street. South along Conkling to Dillon, then east to Fagley, then north to Hudson, then east to Haven, then south to Toone. On my modern map, Toone and Haven don't meet; Toone may have extended further in 1930. Go West along Toone to Highland, then back north to Fait.
