Highland Avenue is down in Brooklyn right on the Anne Arundel County- Baltimore City line. Is is a couple blocks east of the Ritchie Highway, South of Patapsco Avenue and south of the Harbor Tunnel Thruway and several blocks to the west of west of Pennington Avenue. Most of the streets in the area are very small and I would call it an area where a lot of shipyard workers used to live. The Curtis Bat area.
