    3. To All: The Col. Aquila Hall Chapter, MDSSAR (located in Harford County) and the MD State Society, SAR on May 25, 2002 at 11:30am will be honoring two people buried at Greenmount Cemetery in Baltimore City. The late Hon. James Harry Preston, former Mayor of Baltimore was the founded the first SAR Chapter in Harford County, MD called Colonel Aquila Hall on Sept 10, 1920; he was a former State President and President General of the Sons of the American Revolution. Also the organizer of the contest for the American Creed written by William Tyler Page in 1917. Preston was a native of Harford County, MD born to James Bond Preston and Eliza Wilks. His brother was the late Hon. Walter W. Preston who was a Harford County Circuit Court Judge and author of History of Harford County published orginally in 1901. Also marking the grave of Revolutionary War Patriot Peter Frick who served in Baltimore County in the Merchants Company during the American Revolution. Frick has many descendants throughout Maryland.
