    3. Hi List: Does anyone know where Strawberry Plains is located, is it in Baltimore Co. MD or Frederick or Carroll counties? >From the Pioneers of Old Monocacy page: 103: "Frederick County Judgment Records, A:135. on Beaver Dan and Upper Linganore was probably served by a road coming from Carroll Co. to connect into what is now known as Coppermine Road. Such a road was first identified on the certificate of survey for 'Strawberry Plains' in 1732." Foot note #19 C/S: EI 5/22. "For John Digges, who assigned the certificate to Enoch Conly of Baltimore County." I have assumed that Strawberry Plains was in Baltimore Co. though I may be wrong. Am researching Enoch Conly. I have tried to find any of the above location on TopoZone.com, nothing. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Gloria Padach Laguna Beach, CA seamore@earthlink.net

    3. The only Strawberry Plains I found was located in Virginia, where a few battles were fought during the Civil War. At Deep Botton Run, Virginia. I can't, as yet, locate anything in Maryland. Although Coppermine Road is located in Frederick County, Md. There is also a town of Linganore in Frederick, Md.
